We used to use another well know stationery supplier who often included a free gift, be it a tin of biscuits or something similar. Despite facing incredible disruption and challenges due to many people in her supply chain having to self-isolate at the moment, Ruth kept me informed of the progress of my order every step of the way! At GMP we had been ordering stationary from various suppliers, including Amazon to make use of their next day delivery when required.
Following a meeting with Ruth, it was clear that she had extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, was able to supply a vast range of products, and offered next day delivery as long as the product is in stock (which it almost always is!).
We therefore decided to appoint Purple Cow as our supplier to the Bexhill office, but we have since extended that to our other offices and haven’t looked back since.
Ruth is very passionate about her business; she genuinely cares about the customer experience and is always proactively on hand to offer support and advice, striving to make sure that no client would ever want to go elsewhere.

I would like to recommend Ruth of Purple Cow, who goes over and beyond to provide a personal service to stationery. Whilst in lockdown a lot of companies are shutdown, but Ruth was able to not only take my order, but kept me informed all of the way through and then hand delivered my stationery requirements to my home using social distancing.
